1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, interacting with, or completing the assessment on Mental Health Score ("the Service", "the Application"), you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our accompanying Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, your sole and immediate remedy is to refrain from using the application and to close your browser session.
2. Nature of the Service (Non-Medical & Informational)
Mental Health Score is an independent, non-commercial self-reflection and digital habit awareness tool designed exclusively for personal introspection, general wellness education, and lifestyle habit tracking.
- NOT a Medical Service: The platform does not administer medical treatments, psychological therapy, psychiatric evaluations, or clinical counseling.
- NOT a Diagnostic Tool: The application does not screen for, detect, or confirm medical or psychiatric conditions.
- NOT a Replacement for Professionals: This service is not a substitute for a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, medical doctor, or certified clinical counselor.
- NOT an Emergency Responder: The platform possesses no live dispatch or real-time clinical monitoring capabilities.
3. Strict No Medical Diagnosis Provision
The composite 100-point Vitality Index score, category percentages, radar visualization points, and accompanying behavioral reflections generated by this application are mathematical aggregations of your self-reported inputs.
Under no circumstances should any result, tier description, or feedback provided by Mental Health Score be construed as a confirmed diagnosis of depression, clinical anxiety, major depressive disorder (MDD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), bipolar disorder, attention deficit disorder (ADHD), or any other clinical psychological condition.
The developer strictly refrains from making diagnostic assertions (e.g., "You have depression" or "You have an anxiety disorder"). All metrics represent an exploratory, moment-in-time reflection.
4. User Responsibility & Agency
As a user of the Service, you hold sole responsibility for:
- The honesty, accuracy, and subjective truthfulness of the answers you select during the assessment.
- How you perceive, interpret, contextualize, and internalize the score, vitality tier, and dimension recommendations.
- Any personal, medical, professional, or lifestyle decisions made following your use of this reflection tool.
- Seeking independent evaluation from licensed healthcare professionals whenever experiencing chronic distress, mood volatility, or cognitive strain.
5. Professional Healthcare & Help
If you find yourself struggling with persistent sadness, debilitating stress, insomnia, burnout, or emotional overwhelm, we strongly advise you to contact a licensed psychologist, certified counselor, or general healthcare practitioner.
The micro-habits and educational suggestions (such as the 10-3-2-1 sleep wind-down or physiological sigh) are general wellness best-practices and should never supersede prescribed clinical treatment regimens or medical advice.
6. Strict No Emergency or Crisis Intervention Service
CRITICAL SAFETY NOTICE: Mental Health Score does not provide crisis intervention, real-time suicide prevention, or emergency rescue. If you or someone you know is in immediate physical danger, experiencing acute distress, or contemplating self-harm, please immediately contact local emergency services or national helplines:
7. Accuracy, Self-Reporting, and "As-Is" Disclaimer
The Service and all associated scoring algorithms, visualizations, and content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied.
While the developer strives to calibrate questions against respected psychological and circadian models, self-reported data carries inherent subjectivity. The developer makes no guarantees regarding the scientific accuracy, reliability, therapeutic suitability, or completeness of the assessment outcomes for any individual user.
8. Availability & Modifications
The developer reserves the unrestricted right to modify, refine, update, pause, or permanently discontinue any feature, question, dimension, visual layer, or URL of the Service at any time without prior notice or liability.
